Newcastle United are planning to meet the release clause for Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea target Goncalo Inacio, according to Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur.
The Portuguese defender has a release clause of around 55 million euros and a host of top clubs across Europe are keen on acquiring him.
